Long Weekend

Arn left for Shanghai Saturday morning (exactly one month from the day I flew through Shanghai on my way home from Vietnam!). So I am flying solo for the week. Saturday looked like the only rainfree day for the long weekend, so I decided to take the kids to Centre Island. Despite the major arterial into the area being closed for maintenance we managed okay, and had no major holdups in traffic or waiting for the ferry. Even the rides in Centreville were very short lines. So a wonderful day of fresh air, water, sun, rides and a picnic.
