Anyone involved in international adoption is bound to be curious about adoption timelines. Here is ours:
July 30, 2007 - my husband agrees to proceed with another adoption (significant since we had only just returned in May with our son and, apparently, I hadn't vocalized my desire to 'keep trying for a girl')
...we join the secondary wait list...update our homestudy...and eventually achieve the status of 'DTV' (documents to Vietnam) in the late summer of 2008.
Lots of things happen until here we are now, January 2010, and to the best of our knowledge can reasonably expect a referral, and most likely, travel this year!
