A kind lady from Sydney phoned me this morning to advise me our citizenship application extension has been approved.
She also said getting the extension is no problem...they just need to know the family hasn't drop the process (as many do, apparently).
Really...a lovely lady, very kind and helpful. I got the sense if it was up to her no one would be waiting for anything...
